This wonderful and mysterious mountain is mountain Olympus. By legend, it is told to be where Gods/Goddesses stayed together in temples. No one knows if it is true that Gods/Goddessess are there, but the mountain is real!
Geographical Feature Number: Two
Here is a map of the island Crete. In Crete, there was the legend of Theseus and The Minotaur. Theseus was a prince and a hero planning to kill the Minotaur so no more people would be fed to it. Some of the scientists today believe that after the Minotaur was killed, that was how to Minoan civilization fell!
Geographical Feature Number: Three
This is a picture of the Aegean Sea. The sea got its name from a man named King Aegeus. His son was Theseus and when Theseus' ship came back with sails that meant he was dead, King Aegeus decided to drown form his sorrow, thus the people decided to name the historical sea the Aegean Sea.
